spread honey mustard on one piece of bread (i like squaw) and goat cheese on another piece. Before you smack them together, make sure the following are inside: raw, flat spinach leaves (ReadySalad has a bag of it), sliced raw mushrooms, red onion, alfafa sprouts, cucumber. sloppy but yummy.
